What is ClickaTeeTime? |
| A: |
ClickaTeeTime offers play on a day, or time of day, that is
normally in high demand. For example, a weekday mid-morning, a Friday, or
a weekend tee time. When courses fail to pre-sell their entire inventory
of these tee times, rather than let them "perish", they may offer a
limited supply at a discount. |

How far in advance are Tee Times
available? |
| A: |
Anywhere from 30 days in advance to 24 hours or less. High demand
tee times such as Fridays or weekends may not be posted until the day or
evening before. It's a good idea to check the Prime Time listings on
ClickaTeeTime often, because courses may only release a very limited
number on relatively short notice - i.e., 24-48 hours in advance.

How do I purchase a Tee
Time? |

You
may purchase online or by calling our toll free number 1-866-777-7074.
Your credit card is used to secure the Tee Time but not charged until the
Tee Time is confirmed. You will receive an e-mail confirmation. Show up at
the course and enjoy your pre-paid round of golf. In the unlikely event
that the Tee Time is no longer available, we will offer the next closest
Tee Time. |

What is the refund policy on Tee
Times? |

In
order to continue to obtain excellent discounts ClickaTeeTime is obligated
to pay a course for the number of golfers once a tee time is confirmed.
The reason being is that they are blocking out a teetime that they might
otherwise have been able to fill with a full paying player(s). Therefore
all sales are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable with the
following exceptions:
Rain or Inclement Weather-YOU MUST CALL THE COURSE TO CANCEL
YOUR RESERVATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY VOID YOUR RIGHT TO A RAIN CREDIT.
Upon notifying ClickaTeeTime that your round was cancelled due to weather,
we will credit your account in full. You may apply this credit towards
your next purchase at the course of your choice. You may choose to obtain
a refund in lieu of a rain credit, however a $7.50 service charge will be
applied.
Change of Reservation- PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE COURSE. In the
event you need to cancel an entire reservation or alter the number of
players CALL CLICKATEETIME NO LESS THAN 24 HRS PRIOR TO YOUR TEE TIME.
ClickaTeeTime will credit your account for the amount of the green fee(s)
less a $7.50 service charge per player cancelled.You may apply this credit
towards your next purchase at the course of your choice. FAILURE TO NOTIFY
CLICKATEETIME A MINIMUM OF 24HRS IN ADVANCE WILL RESULT IN THE FULL CHARGE
OF THE ORIGINAL RESERVATION. |

What happens in the event of rain or bad
weather? |

YOU
MUST CALL THE COURSE TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY VOID
YOUR RIGHT TO A RAIN CREDIT. Upon notifying ClickaTeeTime that your round
was cancelled due to weather, we will credit your account in full. You may
apply this credit towards your next purchase at the course of your choice.
You may choose to obtain a refund in lieu of a rain credit, however a
$7.50 service charge will be applied.
If you have already begun play and your round is interrupted by weather
conditions, the course will either issue you a rain check or refer you
back to ClickaTeeTime. Please call us and notify us in the case of the
latter. |

If a Tee Time is listed as a foursome can I book it
for less than 4? |
| A: |
Yes.
Just choose the number of golfers from the drop down menu. The price will
be adjusted according to the number of golfers you choose.
A few courses will not accept single players and require a minimum of 2
golfers. Currently the list of courses includes Raspberry Falls, Patuxent
Greens, and Francis Scott Key. |

There are too many tee times listed when I hit
search. How do I search tee times only at the course,location, or day I am
looking for? |

If you
hit search without defining the Course, Location, or Day of Week, all
available tee times will be listed. To narrow your search try defining one
or more of the options from the drop down boxes. For example, to see all
available tee times at a particular course, choose only that course from
the "Courses" drop down menu. To see all available tee times at a
particular course on a given day, choose the course and enter the 3 letter
abbreviation for the particular Day of the Week you are interested in.
Continue to change the search criteria to accomodate your
search. |

Why is the course I am looking for not named in the
"Courses" drop down menu? |

The
course may not currently be participating in the Prime Tee Times option.
Contact us to let us know of a course you would like to be added. Check
back often as courses are continually added.

Why are there no tee times listed for the course I
chose from the "Courses" drop down menu? |
| A: |
Courses may not be listing tee times for the particular time you
are looking for. Courses list Prime Tee Times based on unsold inventory.
It is a good idea to check the listings often as unsold inventory may
change on a daily basis. |

Absolutely! When booking online all credit card information is

Do the prices listed in the Prime Tee Times section
include cart fees? |

Yes.
The price listed includes green fee, cart fee and
taxes. |

Why do you offer times that end up not being
available? |
| A: |
The
tee time inventory on our website is based on supply and demand. When the
tee times are posted on our website the inventory is available however the
specific tee time might sell through other channels. If the tee time is no
longer available we will offer the next closest available tee time. If the
closest available tee time is more than 20 minutes before or after your
original request we will contact you via email or telephone, at which time
you can either accept or decline the new tee time

How do I know if I got the tee time?
|
| A: |
When
booking online, you receive a preliminary Order Confirmation receipt. THIS
IS NOT YOUR FINAL CONFIRMATION. Your final confirmation will arrive via
email (usually within 30 minutes if the order was placed during business
hours). You should print the email and bring it to the course at the time
of play.
